I’m Robert, and I’ve taught a diverse array of kids and adults over the past decade. Many of my students had a lot going on in their lives, and yet it was my job to engage them with learning. Motivation is key. If you want people to learn, get them excited!

Here’s a taste of what I’ve done:

• designed and developed training for new hire orientation, leadership, hospitality, corporate structure, Sharepoint, Pingboard, email etiquette, Google Calendar, and more in response to company needs

• Interviewed subject matter experts including the CEO, CFO, senior director of finance, corporate controller, chief HR officer, and manager of talent acquisition to create high-level training

• Facilitated new hire orientation for 20-50 people every two weeks, as well as smaller leadership and hospitality classes in Dallas and Las Vegas.

I live in Texas with my wife, our dog, usually a foster dog, our snake, and our tarantula. One big happy family! I liked the Simpsons until season 12 and I liked Game of Thrones until season 7. If you need a recommendation for a great history book, I got you!
